No credit card at signup. Create your workspace with just an email and password — billing details are only needed if and when you choose a paid plan.
USD plans are billed via Stripe. NPR plans (Nepal) are billed via eSewa or Khalti — talk to sales for local invoicing.
Plans include stated usage allowances. Additional storage, AI-assisted review, messaging, active cases, and Share Packs can be purchased as add-ons. WhatsApp availability and delivery depend on recipient opt-in and provider availability. AI outputs are drafts and always require human review — DanpheAbroad does not authenticate documents or make admissions, visa, financial, or eligibility decisions.

Questions consultancy owners ask before switching
Do you really not ask for a credit card to start?
Correct — no card, no billing details. Sign up with your consultancy details, upload your business registration certificate (tax registration and owner ID are optional) and accept the partner agreement. Our team reviews and approves new registrations, usually within one business day, before your workspace goes live.
Why is there a review step before I can log in?
It keeps the network genuine — every consultancy on the platform has verified registration documents on file. Once approved you get an email, your 14-day trial begins, and a short getting-started walkthrough greets you on first login.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your team gets Growth-level access during the trial. Afterward, pick the plan that fits and add billing details — if you don’t, the workspace switches to read-only rather than being charged automatically.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately from Settings → Plan, and you only pay the difference on your next invoice.
Why are NPR and USD prices different?
NPR plans (paid via eSewa or Khalti) are priced for the Nepal market. USD plans (paid via Stripe) are priced for international customers. Pick the currency that matches how you’ll pay.
