Terms for using DanpheAbroad
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform as a consultancy, staff member, student, dependent, sub-agent, or partner.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the platform - as a consultancy, staff member, student, dependent, sub-agent, or university partner - you agree to these terms and any tenant-level agreement in place with your consultancy.
2. Accounts & access
Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Access is role-based and tenant-scoped: users may only view records they are authorized for within their consultancy.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to upload fraudulent documents, misrepresent identity, or circumvent visa or immigration requirements. Consultancies remain responsible for the accuracy of information submitted on behalf of students and dependents.
4. Payments
Where paid modules or subscription plans apply, fees are billed according to the pricing agreed with your consultancy. Payment callbacks are verified and processed idempotently to prevent duplicate charges.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided to support - not replace - your consultancy's own compliance and due-diligence processes for visa and immigration submissions.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
